Walking helps you to lose weight but also prevent diabetes and breast cancer. 

Walking is a great exercise which has proven to be an excellent fat burner. If you walk at a steady pace for 30 to 45 minutes at least six days a week along with a healthy diet, you will gradually witness a change in your weight.
